History of African Art

It is difficult to differentiate  between African art and culture. They are more or less the same. African art was and still is used to give life to the emotions, valves, and customs and not merely for decorative purposes.
It seeks to make sense of the world, life, and religion. It is critical to note that over the years African art has not been created to try and change the world but more so to help explain it. It has been passed down over the years through teaching and verbal communication. Almost every African art represents a cultural belief or valve.
